Back on the Wagon

Korpals and Tulledges united on Friday night for a fish fry and custard in Hartland. Pops is back on the diet wagon and ordered the baked fish. We went straight for the deep fried cod! Yum! The ambiance is the best at Hartbrook Lanes and the fish fry is the best I have had in Wisconsin. My husband is a fish fry snob, and smiles whenever we suggest Hartbrook Lanes. We finished off the evening with custard from Sweet Dreams. It once was Scoops, Nowaks, Yannis, ummmmm, that is all I can remember. I had the strawberry cheesecake custard! Delicious. We then rolled over to Pop's pad for a viewing of "Darby O'Gill and the Little People." I fell asleep the last 30 minutes, but the hubby was quick to tell me that it had the same ending that I remembered when I was 10!

What's up this Friday? Fish Fry and a Flick! See you there!

King Louie

Arf. Today was a bit hectic. Christine and Corey both had meetings to go to, so Christine took me for a late walk. She put mayo on a yummy smelling sandwich and took me for a walk. She didn't look happy that she had to stop so early to pick up after me while she was still enjoying her sandwich. I didn't feel so bad because she wasn't sharing. It smelled like beef! MMMMM. Two neighborhood kids on bikes asked Christine if I bite. Me? No! They enoyed petting me. Christine told them that they better go home and do their homework (it's the teacher in her). Now I am relaxing while Christine catches up on celebrity smutt on t.v. Arf you later!

It's a Dog's Life

Me again! Christine has been busy on her computer getting ready for the kids at school, so I haven't had a chance to write. Well, to keep you up to speed, I have been very good. Minus the incident with paper towel which I am not to speak of. Anyway, I just got home for a walk with Christine again. Since I have been here, we visit with people around the block and I never bark at the other dogs. Because I am a good dog. Good thing Christine brought more than one bag too....... Well, I am off to watch Mr. and Mrs. Smith with Christine. She thinks it is a home-wrecking kind of movie, so I don't know how long we will be watching it. Arf for now!
