Anyone who knows me probably knows that I spent many a Friday and Saturday Night with my gal pal Casey from UW at Bingo. She introduced me to the fine art of looking for B14, N40, and O72, way back when she woke me up for breakfast bingo at a staff outing. My favorite numbers? 14, 11, 22, 26, 23, 28. Those are the Korpal birthdays and my parent's anniversary. Are you wondering if I got to yell "bingo" last Friday? No! But I sure had fun with Sarah (my pal and Corey's former co-worker), Cory (Corey's former Co-worker), and Audrey (Sarah's bff)! Sarah is not in the picture, because she told me that I would be uninvited to her upcoming wedding if she was on my blog! I love you anyway, Sarah!

Would you like cake with your Cool Whip?
Have you ever made Jello cake? Super easy! Make a cake according to the directions in a 9X13 pan. When the cake is finished baking, take it out and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then take out your stress and stab the cake all over with a fork. I twist and stab! Then mix a small box of your favorite Jello according to the directions. Pour the Jello over the holes and sides. Refrigerate overnight. Then grab a friend with 10 Cool Whip cans leftover from their wedding and you are ready to savor the flavor! Just Kidding - you only need one container of Cool Whip to "frost" the finished cake with. Yum!

What's for Supper?
Crispy Baked Chicken from the Knorr French Onion Soup Box
You will need:
1 cup of Bread Crumbs
1 pkg of Onion soup mix
1/3 cup of Mayonnaise
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts (halved)
1. In large plastic food bag combine bread crumbs and soup mix.
2. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, 1 piece at a time, in a bag; shake to coat well. Arrange in a foil lined pan (I like Reynolds Release).
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
Enjoy!!! The Mr. and I enjoyed this with sweet potatoes (with pecans, brown sugar, butter, and nutmeg).

Name That Gnome

Let's play name that gnome! Who is the little gnome on the right that is realllllllly excited about his auntie's swinging doors in the basement???
Where do you think the other gnomes on the left came from? Well...the domes of course! Papa K and I went to the the Mitchell Park Domes over my Winter break and stumbled upon these sneaky little garden workers in the "Show Dome."
